Tim Ellison
Co-Founder & Director
Tim worked for Boots UK ( Walgreens Boots Alliance) for 20 years following careers at Marks and Spencer & Debenhams. Initially in field roles, he went on to hold senior leadership positions in both Finance and Retail Operations.
Through these roles he has gained a deep understanding of the complexities of multi-site retailing, especially in London and travel locations.
He has run company-wide budgeting and performance review processes and has led business change programmes focusing on revenue generation and cost management.

With a grounding in field and central retail operations roles Andy then moved on into business development/strategic roles within the General merchandise & Health & Beauty sectors.
Andy has experience in business start up, a further dimension to his retail experience.
